here is a special masala curry recipe for you.. this curry is very famous in north kerala , Kannur.. its a main item in Marriage Sadya.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!
Ingredients:-
Potato - 4 nos
Carrot - 2 small
greenpeas - 1/4 cup
onion - 1 no
tomato - 1 no
green chilly - 4 nos
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
curry leaves
coriander powder - 2 tsp
red chilly powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1 tsp
water - 1/2 cup ( to cook)
lemon juice - 1 tsp
grated coconut - 3 tbsp.
coconut oil
shallots - 2 nos
Salt
