Green Gram - 200gm
shallots - 10 to 15 nos
red chilly - 5 no
curry leaves
coriander - 1 tsp
cumin - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1 tsp
cardamom - 1 no
cloves - 2 no
cinnamon - 1/4 '' pc
star anise - 1/4 pc of 1 no
mace - 1 small pc
fennel seeds - 3/4 tsp
salt
ghee - 3 tbsp + 2 tsp
refined oil - 2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves
red chilly - 3 nos
shallots - 1/2 cup (chopped)
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
