Hi Geoff, I know what I’m making for dinner tomorrow! We have to finish up a Seattle Salmon Pie first. I like the fact that I don’t have to make pastry. The Quiche will be lovely with a salad and some crusty, homemade bread! 😋😊

I love quiche, my husband does not. I make frittatas, but I have never had one turn out with..quicheness. In a frittaya, you dump the egg mixture into a hot pan, and let the inital rush of cooked egg set up as a base in lieu of a pie crust. It never occured to me to put it in a cold pan and just bake it. I'm going to try it today! Keep your fingers crossed for quicheness! Thanks again Geoff. 👍

Hi Richard, it's similar in some respects, except that Spanish tortilla wouldn't have garlic, herbs or cheese and the potato would be sliced, with a higher ration of potato to egg. I do have a video for Spanish Tortilla as well.
