Potato pancake, gluten free and milk free - Potato pancake English - Zero gluten and Zero Lactose

Delicious pancake, made especially for those who have an intolerance to milk (casein) and/or gluten. Made from English potatoes, it is delicious, has few ingredients and is very easy to make. It is a pancake for celiacs, intolerants or those who practice a diet free of gluten and milk.
This dough yielded 31 servings. Discs of approximately 10 cm in diameter.
Ingredients:
500 grams of raw potatoe;
200 ml of water;
3 eggs;
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil;
1 teaspoon of salt (adjustable);
Green scent (mixture of green herbs such as dill, coriander, chives, etc.)
3 tablespoons of flour mix; and
2 tablespoons of rice flour.
* The filling is at your discretion. I used ground beef, but it can be others, no problem.
