Ami I just want to say you're absolutely incredible, having 2 kids, running a business and uploading every day!! I've no idea how you do it and I'm so thankful that you're inspiring us every day. Just know if you ever need a break please do it, we'll wait ❤️ Also not gonna lie I'm a bit excited for the reset to end because I'm waiting so happily for the Indian recipe book and the corn chowder recipe! 😍

My favorite thing about this way of eating is that my oldest (6years old) will come up to me and ask for something like "leaves and rice" (cabbage and rice) or mashed sweet potato and mushrooms when she's feeling hungry and I don't have to force her to eat vegetables or keep her away from the cookies because she eats real whole foods until she's full and the other junky stuff is such an afterthought it's not even tempting. ...As I type all this while munching on a golumpki soup that I'd love to share the recipe with you all: As much cabbage as I can fit in the instant pot , tomato soup(or sauce), caramelized onion, a spoonful of garlic, a bit of veggie bouillon, bay leaf, and 2 handfuls of short grain brown rice, salt, and pepper to season!

This sounds wonderful! I'm going to try it soon. Do you add any extra liquid for the rice or does the cabbage release enough during cooking? Thank you!

I love the longer videos! The Shepherds pie looked incredible! Your grocery haul was awesome and you really shopped inexpensive for a family of 4. I spend a lot more for just my husband and I.

I’m always sad when your videos come to an end. So, for me, the longer the better! Honestly I sulk around until you put out a new video. You’re a delight Ami.

Hi Ami, just wondered if you knew that if you cut the bottom off a Brussel sprout stalk, you can push it in the ground outside and it’s stays beautifully fresh until you need it..

Am I crazy to think you run a vegan cheese company, if so we don’t see it in your fridge or for your kids. Loving the potatoes , making lumpy mash snow balls with added garlic onion salt and herbs throw anything in and air fry to golden, small dollop of ketchup, and veg fab x

The best way I like to eat the white sweet potatoes is just to bake them whole in the oven and either eat them warm or cold! They taste like vanilla cupcakes!!!!! So good! X

Hello Ami 🌞 there's NO NEED WHATSOEVER to stab or pierce your SWEET POTATOES 😉 truly, they won't explode in the oven and instead of the YUMMY-DELICIOUS juices going all over the oven tray, those JUICES WILL STAY INSIDE your sweet potatoes making them SWEETER. Believe it! 😉
