අල - 250g
ලොකු බී ලූනු ගෙඩි - 1
කරපිංචා ඉති - 2
රම්ප කැබැලි - 2
සුදු ලූනු - බීක් 3
අමුමිරිස් කරල් - 2
පොල්තෙල් - මේස හැඳි 2
කෑලි මිරිස් - මේස හැඳි 1 1/2
රස අනුව ලුණු
කහ කුඩු - තේ හැඳි 1/4
කුරුදු පොතු කැබැල්ලක්
උම්බලකඩ - මේස හැඳි 1
Potatoes - 250g
Onion - 1 (Big)
Curry leaves
Pandan leaves
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green chillies - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chili flakes - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1
Maldive fish flakes - 1 Tbsp
