If you missed any tips given by the chef *cabbage should be finely shredded so it can cook quickly. Traditionally we use outer layers of the cabbage which is little bit harder than the center (optional) * Do not put the spices directly to the pan as it could get toasted ,So add the cabbage to the pan then add the spices *it will only take 3 to 4 minits to cook , but control your heat during the cooking lower your heat after you add the cabbage.
