I tried it now and OMG it was finger licking delicious...! Thank you so much for the recipie..! I used whole wheat flour only. No maida, no corn flour, no rice flour. It was crisp with just wheat flour, salt and Italian seasoning for the covering. Yeyyyy...!

I made this yesterday, family loved it., i skipped the corn flour as i didn’t have it, just used maida and rice flour. It came out utterly delicious! You nailed the recipe yaman ,thanks a tonne for this! I noticed that frying on low flame gets a nice brown crisp colour but be careful it may overbrown even on the low flame. Was really delicious!

Sad it took a world disruption to get people interested in cooking at home and other things that makes life truly satisfying, (and more independent!) No money passed hands to the restaurant, it's employees, no gas to drive there, and all the other trickle down businesses, but in the end it really means no taxes on those businesses fed the bureaucrats that skim off all those millions of transactions. All that lost tax revenue must have the Democrats fuming
