I have made many of your recipes and each one have turned out exactly the way they should - that shows how precise your instructions are. I made this for my 2.5 year old child and 90 year old great grandmother and both of them loved it! I usually do not comment on KZbin, but this one is from the family - Your recipes rocks and this is the best hashbrown they've ever had.

Followed your recipe but added oregano, shaping them seemed easier by hand rather than rolling & cutting into round shapes, so did the shape by hand and they came out nicely. Putting the batch into the freezer now and will fry the for breakfast. Will update further after tasting. Thanks for the lovely recipe.

How did the hash browns turn out?
@wenyhuini67094 жыл бұрын
@@anamriaz8895 too salty tho. Dont put too much salt, 1 spoon is enough. and also I super regret adding garlic powder too, it smells weird. We were told to add a little of water and press slowly, but the potato doesnt come together, so need to add a little more - require strong gut feeling for this LOL The hardest part is cuting the hashbrown into shape, not as easy as how it looks.

Great recipe. My mixer broke so I only used corn starch. Still works really well. A good idea is to trim your hash browns after freezing to ensure there's no edges that get burned. Also. People. Make sure that you only rinse the hash _briefly_ since you want to stop the cooking process, not chill them to below room temperature.

Cool, dude has a thick but understandable accent, yet makes hash browns exactly how I picture them when order them in the restaurant, to drive home his point further he sets a ketchup packet with it.
