I’m in love with these multi-hour AOW4 videos. Such a good game and I love your commentary. I can’t watch anyone else play Civ and AOW ❤

I’m loving the Age of Wonders content. Hoping to see more series in the future, especially with all the cool new stuff that has been introduced since you last made videos on it (unless I missed one). The Reaver culture especially has some really cool units and unique mechanics that you might enjoy. The other new culture also seems cool, but I haven’t played it much.

Agreed, I love playing the reaver faction. Dragoons are my favorite unit in the whole game

despite having just a lenovo laptop i went ahead and bought the core game thanks to your videos!! it's the best of civ and endless legends, plus a healthy amount of innovation and familiarity!! it's chugging on the lowest settings for me but im still having a blast

Nice, you really did explore and conquer most of the umbral abyss on this map! I think having all those other neutral style fights in game is fun to go chase down

I love how potato went all in on "you prob shouldnt be looking at me" vibe from the chutullu leader... The mind control skill are crazy good.

2:05:29 I wonder if your Eldritch Mind Control would let you get it? I’ve heard that the Devolve spell can let you snag units that normally couldn’t be mind controlled by devolving them into an animal then controlling that animal, which turns back into the original creature after the battle.

That crisis resolution is also a nice way to create a tier V doomstack. Recruit a hero you don't want and transform them into a Scourge of Seasons every turn. You get your hero slot back and a strong Tier V.

@potatomcwhiskey You are not the only one with the graphical issue - I recently watched ''Grand Empress Shek'zeer Declares A New Age Of Mantid Supremacy! | Age Of Wonders 4 - Episode 1'' and 21.30 ish into the LP the same graphical issue happened for the guy. I loved your Abyssal Tyrant lp

Can you transfer an Ancient Wonder from one place to another?! It wasn't a regular annexation, right? I don't think it was in the city's annex range nor bordering it... If so, Wonder Architects becomes a lot better, each wonder giving +20% production. A percentage, not flat amount! This might make Perfect Artisants actually work. offsetting the extra production cost a bit. Note you may already like them as you get 5 gold and a city stability per pop. Still -1 city cap hurts, but you can spam outposts instead and get gold per building there also.

I really like your video style. But... no, i'm not going to watch a 2h video.. sry
@johnvalliant261Ай бұрын
I like the long video format but I definitely understand the sentiment. Even mentally “splitting” it into like 5 half hour blocks, you’re still left with a rather hefty “hours per day” of video to watch just to keep up. And who’s got time for all that? Besides me lol.

Im truly curious not trying to be toxic or something else but do people really like these long multi hour long videos?

The spiffing britt's latest video provides an explanation for the rise of long videos. It basically comes down to sleeping viewers on autoplay boosting them in the algorythm and higher generated watchtime.
@seanweb9051Ай бұрын
Also the fact that it's 10x the length of a normal video means that if it gets only 1/10 the normal views, he still gets the same money
@hieracium3317Ай бұрын
Generally I like shorter edited videos, but these long ones do have their place.
@specopspoptarts7525Ай бұрын
I like to watch them bit by bit over a few days. Pretty much just like episodes except i get to decide how long they are and there aren't constant stops and starts.
