Maine is my favorite bb in the game. That being said I can def say from experience that even angling and from distsnce it takes a ton of damage from that huge super structure. 25k into the Maine at that range is actually pretty likely. But the Maine can hit u straight back the same way.

The fact the game not only allows but rewards the play style of kiting to the back of the map and consistently smashing everything proves that spotting is desperately in need of a rework This game has a battleship problem and I believe one of the reasons WG is so reticent to remove CV spotting is because they know it allows battleship players to get those massive devastating salvoes with comparatively little effort

Its because they don't balance ships. They balance player count. Everyone wants to play BBs so they are the weakest, no one wants to play CVs or Subs so they are super strong.

He does comment on misses, but I think it's to pre-empt people who would otherwise comment how bad it is. Overall PQ is a really positive player and balances criticisms and approval. There are some really toxic players and former players (how do you know a former player? They tell you every chance.) Some other KZbinrs cater to the ragers. Flamu made that his speciality. Sea Lord Mountbatten puts ragebait titles on his otherwise rational videos and you see it in the comments.
