You'll have to do a review of the Potensic Atom SE - their version of the DJI mini 2.

Yes, that drone looks OK but has no gimbal. It is cheaper than any Dji drone though...

Yes I'd recommend it to children and adults for a fun flight around the house 🏠 😀. And also outdoors if there is no wind.
