Potential Moto Setup for league start and notes on Thea from the Patch notes

Here's the planner, very barebones but I'm going for the most important nodes. For the early levels start with Spider tank with Multi Proj and Pierce and as you get higher levels of command switch the supports for the ones in the planner.
