Hi Allie! I love the new website!!! Much needed for sure! I have a suggestion for you when we buy products for a Potomac tutorial I feel like we should be able to add the downloadable pattern for it as well. I am a very visual learner and sometimes I could use the pattern besides your great teaching tutorials. I have often wondered why this were not possible for Potomac Beads. Now I can certainly realize the charge if you are not buying the products for the tutorial and understand that as well. Anyway just an idea for you! You asked and I am asking ha ha!!! Thank you :). When patterns are available, they are published with the video. Generally though patterns are created weeks or months after the video has been released. This is because so many patterns and videos are released each month.

New site is wonderful - so many unique features! The compare is a huge benefit - saves flipping back and forth to the cart to look at colors! Had a few issues, nothing major - for example while looking for patterns the filters only gave two project types (earrings and pendants). You’ve done an awesome job with the migration - have discovered a few things I had no idea you carried. Will be spending much more time on your site.....😊

The video helped resolve an issue when using my IPad-needs full screen to display the home page you showed, I wasn’t getting that-thank you. Do you have any plans to let us filter seed bead choices by color rather than type? I would find that very helpful. Enjoying the new website.

We do have plans to eventually filter all seed beads by color, but this is very time consuming (needs to be done 1 by 1), and we probably won't have time to dedicate to it until late 2021.

On the old site I had Reward Points. But when I looked at the new website and looked for my points, there were none. Did the points not migrate? Is there any way to move them now? Or were they like the passwords that couldn't move? I didn’t have very many points, only like 1000 or so, but I would have loved to use them. I wonder if there would be any way to reconstruct the points. Humm, there's a thought.

Like new site. I was familiarizing myself with it last night. Like the compare feature; I need the upcoming 8 slots😂. I was running out of room with the four available compare slots. The added search selection for design/tutorial/pattern by name, great. The pictures on website are superb. Selection tremendous. How many things can I store in my wishlist? 😊. The only thing I need help with is in the advance filter area; I see you have this planned. I would like to view the seed beads especially by color; for example I know I need a reddish color but not certain of name esp if new. I can type in red 11/0 and only get those with the word “red” in actual name, leaving out possibility of other reddish colors such as cranberry, wine, etc. You have seed beads categorized by finish, which is good, but I guess it would make it easier to order if categorized/filtered by color. Easier to comparison shop on larger scale....For me any how. I do appreciate Potomac and everything that has been put into making website, youtube, excellent customer service, selection, prompt shipping, multitude of designs and inspiration accessible. Thank you very much.

A good idea is to put all the information of the beads regardless of their origin. Example, I bought a set that sayJapanese miyuki delicas. 11/0, but when comparing with the ones I have, they do not resemble in size and model. can you tell me the complete information of this one please.
