Hi Lori! Those are tough decisions for u…what to keep and parting with things that still have meaning. I appreciate your kind compliments about the channel. When I moved to a smaller place I parted with things that had value but not much of a connection to our family via websites…most of them were petite…and I did this through Poshmark…however I did waste a lot of time packing and shipping these things when I wished I spent more time condensing the space my favorites would take up…we let movers do that and they weren’t always gentle…or they would stack very precious items on one another in a box ….i know what u are going through and it can be emotional at times. I don’t do consultations over zoom with viewers yet. I have a way of doing that set up but it’s not time…I have a few projects going right now. I wish I could.

@@happiestplace No not those brands, we have lots of heritage colours available based on our National Trust Houses,(historic properties) who now work with companies to get their colours. The late Queen Elizabeth II Mother, home was painted in shades of cream. White, and the many shades I have found work best as then you can change with pictures, texture, textiles, mirrors and antique pieces. So be interested to know how it's use in USA ? Pottery Barn I love as their stories are always excellent. Hence love following your channel, some great idea's, excellent presentation and your passion is infectious. 🇬🇧

@@happiestplace I did have a greenish-yellowish ‘Stang’ that was an ‘05… It was a throwback to the ‘74 of the same color (just a slight variation in hue). But, I’m not a car expert…..other than Ponies. Love, love, love a Mustang. Always have. But, you didn’t need to know all that…. 😂 ♥️

Omg, I am so unhappy. I just paid full price for that large vase and now it’s $84.00 cheaper and they won’t give me a price adjustment. I have only had it one week. I also had to return the montrose vase because it had a large blog of discolored clay right between the 2 birds.

lol, I don’t know about worlds apart, or maybe my taste is just eclectic, because those were the 2 things I had ordered after your last video. The medium montrose vase, which I had to return due to a very visible flaw right at the 2 birds area, and the sage vase. Neither has turned out very well for me. I wanted them to replace, not refund, because I didn’t want to pay the high shipping costs again, the montrose vase but they could only refund it. I guess I will wait to see if it goes on sale to repurchase it since I have been burned with items going on sale right after I pay full price. They need a policy like Costco where if it goes on sale in a reasonable amount of time, perhaps one month, then they do a price adjustment. They could even exclude holiday items and I would understand. It eve better if I lived closer and could just go to the store instead of having to order online, pay high shipping, and be at their mercy of whether they send me a damaged item or a good one.

Can we please stop with the all white furniture, draperies, walls and accessories. Snore - and if you have kids, fatal to attempting to keep clean unless you're rich enough to afford constant cleaners coming in to shampoo your upholstery or have in-home staff. Get real, people.
