I’m so sorry about that top shelf. It was definitely really hot. You can tell by the length of the winterwood crystals that it got really hot. I love the bowls!!!

What did you put on glasses to make northern lights black sapphire float and what else?

Hi Jane, I put obsidian x3 over everything, but I think 2 coats would be less likely to drown out the other colours. I put bands of seaweed, indigo float, and lines of merlot on some of the edges of the bands. I've used blue rutile or sapphire float instead of indigo float before. They work well but the indigo shows up a little brighter. Make sure you apply a couple of layers of the seaweed, and indigo. Overlap, swerve and vary the thickness.
