The poultry farm must be getting enough funds to maintain the houses and chicken. But half way through, some people in the department is slipping that money under their pocket. They can't even wack the weed around the compound.

Some sneaky folks in the department understand that a small chunk of the funds needs to be used to create a facade to trick the public into thinking everything is running smoothly. It's like putting up a shiny sign to hide the mess inside. In reality, it's all smoke and mirrors.

I honestly like Nagaland government employees because whenever they come infornt of camera they mostly try to speak in English and they really feel happy while they are infornt of camera. They speak everything except developing and corruption point they never speaks and have every excuses

@@nehemiahnaga3135 Rightly said, it is just like a general category candidate blaming reservation for him not cracking the competitive exam. What he doesn't realise/admit is that majority of the candidates cracking the exam are from gen category and the problem is not reservation but population. Same ways there are many non locals who are earning very good income (though not all of them, lets not generalise) engaged in various activities despite the issue of illegal taxation.

Nagas by nature a tradetional farmers, we are far away from (self employed) private mordern management farming... There are many revenue earning department under State Govt. To avoid such dependent crisis.. rationalize such departments by employing local un employed persons n run full-fledged livestock farms unlike other State with total transparency, work culture and management systems on various schemes reforming Govt Revenue earning department in all districts.
