Now, that's a beautiful huge cake. Reminds me of the Philly Cream cheese( use cream cheese instead of sour cream) cake that I make.

no! BAKING powder makes it pretty (hence the rising of the cake)....but it KILLS the flavor of the butter!!

no! you can trade it out for 3/4 cup of 36% or more Heavy whipping cream
