@Sanj62 I believe you I live in northern Indiana and last week we had record high heat index of 105° for a couple days was really hard on the garden plants and killed some cucumbers I don’t know if it would’ve kept going a couple more days what would’ve happened so I could see how they wouldn’t last in a summer of those temperatures. What are the temperatures in the winter there?

You should scramble the eggs before you put them on the tortilla. And chop the vegetables before you start cooking. Aside from that, this looks great!
