Pour concrete DRY? I did not expect THAT!

Can concrete really be poured dry?
I've seen several videos now showing how foundations are poured with dry concrete in America. The Americans call this method "dry pour concrete". Since I couldn't really imagine this, I tested it myself and poured my own foundation. To be honest, the result even surprised me a little.
