Got the idea for this while working the US Open tennis tournament in NY. This was done with loose gravel there. So, of course I had to see what to use. I can tell you, it's worth it. I'll be buying this crap soon.

Whats the stuff they use all over India on their roads? They spray something on their gravel roads (as they cant afford to tar all their roads) and it go's hard as rock!

No, it would require adequate side wall support to maintain it's rigidity and will likely crack over time. Systems like gravel lock, x-grid, Core Gravel, Drive Grid and many others allow you to have proper strength with the use of a unstable pebbles where even big delivery trucks can come onto your driveway.

Hi Mo, driving involves weight and when tyres turn this weight sheers off stone. This pour over product doesn't prevent that, but we do use 6mm stone and resin, pre mixed in a bucket and packed down with a hand trowel, that does last when car tyres turn on it. we install that product and offer 10 year warranty.. but pouring resin onto gravel will not make it strong enough for cars or really heavy foot traffic

How deep do you Have to grade and can i put the gravel over dirt.

Hi Gilbert - with our product you want to go 40-60mm deep with a 20mm sized stone and yes you can go over soil, however if this surface will see foot traffic then a stable base is required, using a crushed compacted stone instead of soil means you will not eventually see cracking of the bound stone at the surface.

Seems like aggregate down first then pour on the 2 part after,Lazy way to do it as cant be as thorough as mixing in a mixer, if the pour is not accurate it wont bond as well.
