Watching you talk about those methods, and about Asia Roasting Project as a whole, I'm realizing the sort of cup and the methods for brewing those cups are the same I usually gravitate towards. I'm really curious to try those coffees and explore more of those styles of brewing

Thanks for another great video! 🎉Would you say Method 1 will work to bring out more sweetness in lighter roasts in general, or is it quite specific to your coffees.

If you're using lighter roasts up the temperature and that should work!
