2 ideas 😂 1) you could let MR. BOBBY park his RV on the land so you have a live in security guard. 2) upsell topsoil to your clients and hire Carlito to go around behind you guys and fill the edges of your work. So you don’t have to take the whole crew back.
@Burnz.
@Burnz. Жыл бұрын
that topsoil idea ain't bad honestly. personally I wouldn't "upsell" it, I would tell them at the end of the job if they are looking for someone to fill the topsoil that there is someone that I can personally recommend and give them Carlito's number

Congratulations on the full acquisition of the new property. I think you need to get the gate made with a remote opener so that each truck can get in and out without having to jump out, open and then close the gate, etc. You could get some talented subscriber to make some metal "Victory Outdoor Services" sign to weld onto the gate. Listening to you guys joke around and laugh so hard, had me laughing too. I needed that, Ryan! I've had several really rough days in a row here. I'm disabled from a spine/cord injury but I do have some mobility. Trouble is, sometimes my leg/foot goes out on me. This happened about 5 days ago and I went a$$ over tea kettle on the stairs. Banged myself up pretty good, so I'm been pretty sore and grumpy! Watching your channel never ceases to put a smile on my face, so thanks for that. You and your guys are really talented at what you do, but the way you all talk and work together is what makes it fun to watch. You have all kinds of different personalities and you all work so well together. This may sound kind of strange since I'm not your parent or family member, but I'm really proud of you, Ryan. You have clearly worked hard, learned your trade and how to run a business successfully. You deserve all of the good things that have come your way (thru your hard work). I wish you nothing but continued success, good fortune and many, many blessings. Heather🇨🇦

In uk we have fence lines to determine boundaries of property As you look out, you're fence/boundary is to the left so you look after that line and maintain. But after watching these vids there seems to be no boundaries,ie fence line. We love a high fence that no one can look in to.....privacy!! Basically, if I moved to America, within a week there would be a 6 ft fence all the way around my property.

I am just giving you an idea as to what you could actually use them for, instead of just getting rid of them. I understand that You'd need to create a Concrete Pad for the salt and then you'd need more of those concrete block forms anyway but you were throwing ideas out for those in other videos too. Hi Ryan, You and the guys are the funniest on KZbin. I can't believe the emails you must get regarding the quality of your work. You do nothing but quality and it really stinks that people are jealous of your success. The lord has blessed you with the qualities to be fair in your pricing and your work ethics. You have such a great group of guys and it will be lousy to see any of them to leave. I have high regards for you since you would like them to succeed on their own. Whatever boss would ever say that?? That is because of your high Christian values and your not all about your success. Keep up the great work and may God Bless you and your family and employees for much more success and more funny and Delirious videos. That individual is living in his own Delirious world. Good luck with the new land purchase and can't wait to see the new Victory Outdoor Services headquarters within the next few years. Your so young and to make this kind of purchase is awesome. You have such a great family and I know they are so lucky to all be involved in your decisions that you make for their future. Good luck and may God Bless you and your family and friends that all give you the inner strength to keep on pushing like you do during the work season which isn't that long.

Sir, at the new land, you keep talking about those very large concrete block, Can you use them for the base of a new salt barn, you already own them, so put them to good use.

those beams look like they are used in road construction. perhaps a road company would be interested in taking them off your hands.
