I left Kenya many years ago and to this day I still miss the food. Poussin chicken was my favorite dish. I have tried many recipes for poussin chicken, but none of them tasted like the poussin chicken in the Kenyan restaurants. I tried your recipe, and finally finally, I found a recipe that gives me the same taste as the restaurants. Thank you so much for your recipe.

These east African dishes are very unusual for me. Even the names are totally different. My in laws came from Kenya too but I haven’t come across my mother in law cooking such recipes. So really thanks for sharing these fusion recipes.

This is famous in the restaurants in Kenya - this dish wasn't there when my parents were in East Africa too, but over the last couple of decades it's become very famous in the restaurant scene in Kenya. It's an absolutely amazing blend of flavours 😋
