Sorry to say but your male staff who prepares burgers, croissants, was so slow. He couldn't work with speed and wasn't responsive at all because you need to tell him several times just to get an order. I suggest, he needs to watch video POV a cook who handles multiple orders just by him self, and he is very quick, his video also on KZbin. Maybe your staff can learn it from him

In my eyes he did okay. Usually in these coffee chains the food section of the store gets overlooked, understaffed, and can lack the amount of equipment needed to keep up with a busy rush. He's probably still feeling the vibe of working there. And there was lots of food going out.
