US and Mexican govt is corrupt and allows fentanyl to flow into the country. this is in the wake of pharmaceutical companies misleading patients and getting them addicted to prescription opioids before cutting them off, forcing them to use fentanyl or heroin instead. this, coupled with the fact that other states literally ship their homeless people to the West coast, is why the drug addiction is so bad in the US. the government created this
