I had an infiniti many yrs ago that had shed a hubcap at some point. When I learned that people might have been trying to steal my hubcaps I decided I should sell them if they were worth anything. At that point in my life i was getting free stuff from CL and reselling it to make a living. Idk if that is still possible.

I got an electric DeWalt weed whacker a couple years ago and love it! I got a couple acres so I have to switch out batteries a few times, but my beer fridge is next to the charging docks so it's a helpful reminder to stay hydrated. 😉

This is true, i tried for two months to sell a $2k laptop for $1k and i got dozens of people saying they were interested and nobody bought it. I get being skeptical about buying online but i was that rare one in a million person selling something in an actually good condition that wasnt broken and had its maintenance done to it. I needed the money so bad in the moment and i was shocked that nobody bought it.

It's the GD FB message templates. EVERY single ad now includes "Will not respond to Is it available?" If folks managed with the telephone, Mini Merchant and Auto Trader PAPER listings they damn sure don't need message templates with FB Marketplace.

The only 2 things i ever tried to GIVE AWAY in FB were exactly like this. A working gas stove and a working gas dryer. After "holding" it for sob stories over 2 weeks... They both ended up on the curb and scrappers grabbed em within the hour. NEVER AGAIN. You literally cannot "GIVE" stuff away on that cursed marketplace.
