@@ayechef for the chicken you should use the yellow one... red = red meat yellow = chicken, duck, etc.. green = fruits and vegetables (ginger) brown = cooked ingredients blue = fish i also have a pink one in my restaurant for pork, but that is not official, at least here in Brazil...
