Smash burgers are very popular in the states.We have a place called White Castle that cooks burgers on onions, another very popular chain. Place te onions under the neat, less mess.

It's funny because last time he did the smash burgers, someone suggested that he doesn't put the onions under the meat so it can get a nice char. He took that advice and now he's being told to go back to the old way!

Btw i never eat smash burger but i caught some tips. 1- cook one side the burger, than put the cheese on the other side. 2- no extra oil needed, meat's own fat is enough 3- just smash and wait Awesome
