Nice, what web camera did you use? Or using phone camera as webcam?

In my case, I am using the webcam of my laptop. And for head tracking, I am using Beam Eye Tracker and Open Track software. I understand that Beam Eye Tracker software supports smartphones.

The controller sensitivity has not been separately calibrated. It remains at the default settings.
