The Narwhal reminds me a lot of other bosses. Weekly and normal ones. It's technically a mix of Dvalin, Childe, and any worm boss.

Furina world boss is harder? U only need burgeon then any other element reaction to kill it tho. May be cause I have Nahida, Zhongli, Wanderer then either yoimiya or Keqing, I am good to go . I haven’t try this weekly boss yet but He scares me ald, the same I impression I had with Wanderer weekly boss. I just hate giant Boss when they first drop I guess

I feel like this is payback for Sumeru weekly bosses, whom all have pretty simple patterns when compared to their predecessors. I spent an hour trying to figure out what the heck is going on in part 2 of this fight. I have a theory that pneuma or ousia attacks on that orb would make a difference but since I've got 0 decent artifacts for my Fontaine units (believe me I am trying)I can't really try out that theory.

I mean, Raiden is only harder(longer) when you can't just 1 phase her, which you easily can if you do 1.3mil damage in 20 seconds, pretty much every top meta team will be able to do it. And Azhdaha is just ZL or dash button check. Idk any somewhat built team that has synergy will beat any weakly boss pretty easily.

Right now the boss is pretty difficult for me, but that's only because Ive barely fought it so Im not used to it's attacks & not entirely sure on the best strategies yet. I'm sure once I fight it more Ill get the hang of it, & I don't think it'll be easy per say, but a normal difficulty.

Ranged characters are best, really. It’s pretty hard, imo, to melee it. It’s attacks are all AOEs to some extent, so staying a safe distance with a catalyst or bow makes the fight a breeze.

Also you can check your handbook and go to Trounce Domain last boss, to fight the boss before completing archon quest

Of course, just make sure to either keep a healer or a shielder and you're good to go. If you're good at dodging then none of those are needed.

Imo this boss is a disappointment. It’s not challenging, it feels sluggish and it is just boring af. It’s one of the reasons why I still prefer the Sumeru Questline over the Fontaine one (Scaramouche boss wasn’t great, but was sooo much better)
