Because it is a French word, the final consonant is not pronounced. It is "beh RAY"

Oh it's ASMR Autonomous sensory meridian response like when someone plays with your hair. It's supposed to be calming. They also make soft spoken ASMR as well if your not a fan of the whisper. They even do a mix of whisper and soft spoken.
