What makes this funnier is 5150 is the number signifying a person who is experiencing a mental health crisis to be involuntarily detained for a 72- hour psychiatric hospitalization. I guess most Karens fit the bill! I also overheard a lady complaining to the manager in store about how a product she ordered online was not the quality she expected it to be. The manager said okay, go ahead and pick another similar product in store for the same or less price and we’ll swap. She was not happy but walked off. A few minutes later, she approached another staff and asked for the managers name and complained how no one is listening to her 😅😅😅

As someone who has worked retail this is accurate. Having to explain to a customer that sales tax is not a way for the company to get more money but for the state and city to get more money is ridiculous. You would think they had never bought an item before.

@@mightymidas2021 That may be the case but if you are in the USA and have been a resident of your state for any length of time you should know about your own sales tax. There are a few states that don't have sales tax at all or not on certain items so there can be a bit of shock when you move to a state and then go out and buy groceries and the total is more than you expected but there is no need to be a jerk about it.
