I started bussing tables them moved to prep then to various other parts of the line so I know very well the level of energy output that they go through day after day but this captures it so well. My brain was mesmerized by my body screamed in agony 😂

Hey, really enjoyed the POV of a different kind of kitchen. Just wondering whats is your reasoning behind taking a new glove for every fish youre getting out of your fridge, seems quite wasteful in my opinion, wouldnt a pair of Tongs or a Spatula also do the Job especially with those bigger pieces of Salmon? Looks like it could be a great video but the camera is tilted down so far you can't really figure out what he is doing half the time. Or maybe it can be zoomed out a bit? I don't know enough about these cameras, so maybe this is the best they can be. Too bad, because I would really like to see more.

Actually birkenstocks are the best. Not the birkis but the real professional birks. They'll put you out 300 bucks but last longer and are more comfortable than any other kitchen shoe. Been a chef for 15 years and been cooking professionally for 21. I know first hand, lol
