Hello Everyone! Todays special was a very tasty chicken, mango chutney and coriander mayo sandwich, served with masala crisps 👌😊👍

Those are definitely epic sandwiches. Reminds me of the ones me and one of my friends use to make after school. Would usually take everything in the fridge and put it between two toasted/grilled breads. We used to call them ultimate sandwiches. The ones you made remind me of a specific one I made one time, grilled chicken thigh, grilled onions, honey mustard, shredded lettuce, pepperoncini, bacon and a dill mayo shallot sauce.

Beautiful sandwich. That homemade chutney had to really set off the flavor of the bacon and chicken. The herb mayo would be awesome as a salad dressing and set off the lettuce on that sandwich. I need to make some of those sandwiches when I get some time.

That sandwich looks delicious. Imagine homemade chutney and crisps! I like the idea of Cajun spice on the crisps. It would be so disheartening to describe the sandwich and the customer goes "nah, I'll 'ave some chips and beans" 😳

Chef, on the grill, bottom left is that hole you slide excess food and oil ect inside, where does that hole go? to like the basement in a big trash barrel?
