​@@Otto-GrammiI will absolutely take the trip over to NY to check out your future cafe. I've been binging your videos over the past 2 days and I love these. I'm a BMW mast technician at a dealership in northern NJ, but been feeling burned out lately and have picked up an obsession with espresso at the start of the year. Even going as far as I roast my own beans. I would love to be able to be a barista one day and share my coffee creations with everyone.
