Me and germany grinded for like 2 years, I made a humongus military strategically putting them in places, but then the declaration was blocked and I had to make a stack of like 2 million troops ;-;

Once this happened, I was trying to do long chile meanwhile brazil wanted to form South America, we prepared and had a ton of things and I waited so long to realize they had war declaration blocked and I did too so they left and usa declared and I joined

I wanted to form Spanish Empire, and Brazil had Uruguay, I got war declaration blocked but I didn't have my troops on the enemy's cities!, luckely they were AI so I quickly became brazil and liberated Uruguay and I was able to invade Uruguay

i was russia and tryna invade iran cause he took uzbekistan and turkmenistan and i want those countries so i gathered my massive military (30K tanks and 3 Million troops) on our border and it blocked even tho my troops where a 1000 km away
