I ❤both the long & short form, both have appeal & purpose. You mentioned breaking down chicken - I say yes, it would be helpful, especially if we can get close ups of joints/areas where you separate parts. I had to break down wings from the drums but it was kind of difficult to not cut into the bone. Cheers!
