Okay, this is relatable. I'm the second oldest and my mom favors my older sister and younger sisters (2) They think I can take everything but I'm dealing with some personal problems again. I say again bc I delt with it before. But now it feels like I'm about to burst into tears but I keep them in, I try to block out my emotions and just do what they want/need me to do. The only time I feel relaxed is at night. Everyone's asleep and I'm alone in my room, listening to comforting stuff, ASMR, watching my favorite things and reading fanfics for comfort. I recently found out about shifting and now I'm gonna try that, wish me luck! (^_^)/

Even tho im the middle and my brother is the oldest im still the one cleaning everything and protecting my family/siblings and taking care of them when their sick. I'm always the blame for everything i cover for my siblings. They always get in troubke with my dad and hes an abusive parent so i protect them from that and get hurt myself all while dealing with fake friends, bullying, schoolwork the environment, I'm always anxious about dying and the pollution in the air. And on top of all that i have an eating disorder and get body shamed for being really skinny. First its being too fat now its being skinny. Im never enough for anybody

Why can't it be the youngest? My sisters can get out of basically anything by making me do it because they know I'm a people pleaser. I feel like icant even have a good conversation with them anymore cause I feel like over time I have justbecome more and more of BA burden. Like if I wasn't born, they wouldn't have to pay as much for karate, or marchingband, and they wouldn't have to pay anything for archery anymore. But then I think about conversations I've had with my friends and they say they feel like they can trust me wi their secrets and it gives just a little more meaning back into mylife. I just wish I could still say the same about conversations with my family without worrying about feelinglike aburden. For anyone else who feels like this, just remember that out of all the people you see everyday, you have made at least one persons life just a bit better. Focus on the ways you can help outside your family for even just a day and see how much better you feel by not wording about thw people you live with and can easily swing back and forth with. It may not help everybody, but it helps me and j hope it can help you too. 🙂
