POV: I knew his name since grade 6, before I even met him. i remember.. back in 2021. It was summer and it was my first time seeing a sea. The beach. The sun. I went to Italy with my friends. We spent there a week, in a camp. It was a beautiul small city, near the coast. Every midnight, the town was waking up to life. Italians were rding bikes, all over the street, men were singing, girls were dancing and boys were plaing footbal. The small shops, the happy people eating icecream and just living their life. I was walking down the street with my friends, looking up to the stars, boys were passing by me, just the smiles. The innocent flirting. The fact that in that one moment, none of us there had any any problems.. we wre all just enjoying the moment.. love, happines, trying to make the moment endless by stopping it forever... Suddenly a boy on a bycicle passed by me. I turned my head, and he was already looking at me. His blue eyes. I wawed at him and that looke he gave me, he almost fell from that bike. I just smiled and him and dissapeard in the crowd... it was just a moment that made me so happy i thout it cannot be any better... i went to bed really lately that night. The next day, we were all swiming at the sea when suddenly, a boat came a really close. There was a bunch of people in our age.. we just started chatting and telling eachother our names, where do we come from and more. That one girl went like.. Iam Sophia, thia is Claudia, my boyfriend Riccardo, his friend Umberto and Amedeo... he stepped closer and I saw him. The boy from the street, on that bike. It was him. When he realised it was me, he suddenly stopped. Felt like all the oxygen on the Earth dissappeard. We were looking at each other, we could feel eachother breathing.. every single beat of our hearts. .. We all spent the rest of the day together. While eating the icecream, he was looking at me whole the time. His blue eyes, his brown wavy hair, shivering in the hot wind and his lips, slowly moving trying the reach the rest of the icecream melted by the hot air, from the cone. That night, when everyone went home, the italians walked with us a part of the way and then they went home. I just wanted to put my shoes on and throw something, my friends went ahead so I stayed alone for couple of seconds. When a turned, he was there. His warm hand around my waist. He turned me around and i saw his face from close. We were just staring at eachother. Could not believe what is happening. ,,sei cosi bello.." he whispered and his deep voice stopped for second. even tho I never speaked italian, I knew damn well what did it mean. ,,...Amedeo.." only his name it was what I could push out of my lungs. He was staring into my soul, I was bitting my lips, in the summer agony, took a deep breath... ,,ti voglio bene.." he whispered and the he took my hand and we ran to the beach.. The way he was kissing me.. the urgency in his touches and the soul i was givving into that kisses. How i could feel his breath on my neck, and his muscels tensing under my touches.. the tensiong, the warm, the calmnes like a when the have rain washes all away the dust in the hottest day of summer... That night, i expirienced something.. i cant even name it. What was it? It wasnt love. It just.. When I left, it was just the memory in ym head. I never felt said of leaving it. I never felt jealousy that he will live his life without me. I just did it, because it felt like i supposed to.. It was so beautiful, tensed and... just italy jeez i cant believe im finally writing about this somewhere. i really just lived a few seconds of a book story that summer :´DD

The same way, how we hurt the people we love the most, and for the fact, that life always puts us on hold with bumpy roads, paths and from true beauty it becomes a chaos, ugliness and mystery, I would say; don't waste your time worrying, because all we do in life right now is worry, even about things that we can't control nor change. So, if you seeking for advice or a bit of hope, motivation I just wanna tell you; don't be afraid to express yourself how you feel, I think most of us are so closed as human beings that we are afraid to say the smallest compliments, because we are afraid to be rejected, pushed back, etc etc. But even the same rejections, push's back's are lessons, experience that let's us grow in life, not age, but in fact the same - experience. Again, being attached to someone is super easy and can become extremely toxic and unhealthy, so just watch how everything flows, but never end everything just because something seems off, maybe you both thinking the same negative thought and that throws you both off, and.. lastly, if he doesn't show progress, then be the one who does the part that other doesn't; text him, talk to him, try to open up and find the solutions/answers, so if it doesn't work at least you can be at ease that you tried, and it was him that maybe faded away from feelings, not you. Unrequited love is probably one of the most bittersweet feelings ever.
