Recipe for: Homemade Flatbread - Irresistibly Delicious!
Necessary products:
For the dough:
380 g flour, pre-sifted
100 ml. lukewarm water
1 egg at room temperature
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
50 ml. oil
50 g of cow's butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
For the filling:
300 g of crushed cow's cheese
3 eggs
80 g of yogurt
50 g of cow butter
To spread:
25 g of melted cow's butter
Method of preparation:
Preparation of the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the water, egg, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar. Stir well.
Add half of the flour and butter. Keep stirring.
Add the rest of the flour and knead into a smooth, soft dough.
Form a ball, divide it into 6 equal parts and form 6 balls.
Arrange the balls on a floured tray, sprinkle them with flour and cover them with a towel. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a 34 cm diameter baking tray with oil.
Preparation of the filling:
In a bowl, mix the cheese, eggs, yogurt and butter. Stir well.
Rolling out the crusts:
Take one ball of dough and cover the rest to prevent them from drying out.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the ball as thin as possible.
Roll the crust on the rolling pin, spread it gently to the side, turn it and repeat the movement until the crust is very thin and fine.
Spread some of the filling on the crust and roll it up.
Roll the roll into a snail and place it in the center of the pan.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining balls of dough.
Brush the pastry with the remaining melted butter.
Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 50 minutes.
