Recipe for: Oven Roasted Leg of Lamb. Perfect For Your Easter Meal!
Necessary products:
Leg of lamb - 1 piece (about 2.5 kg.)
Fresh horseradish - 1 link
Garlic - 10 cloves
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Suh jojen
Beer - 500 ml.
Oil
Method of preparation:
Season the leg of lamb with salt, black pepper, red pepper, dry garlic and oil. Rub all the spices well.
Add the garlic cloves and fresh chives to the pan.
Pour the beer and 500 ml. water.
Cover the leg of lamb with baking paper moistened with water to prevent the meat from drying out.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 4 hours.
20-30 minutes before removing the pan from the oven, remove the aluminum foil and paper, and let it roast.
Serve the leg of lamb with a garnish of your choice.

Additional tips:
You can also add other vegetables to the recipe, such as potatoes, carrots, onions or celery.
Another suitable spice that you can use is rosemary.
You can also replace the oil with cow butter.
For a more aromatic meat, you can marinate it before roasting for several hours.
If you want the meat to have an even crispier crust, you can grill it for 10-15 minutes before serving.
