Poverty-stricken man moving from rundown shack to brand new house - Thanks to MoM

In this video we highlight the condition of a poverty-stricken man of Stewartville, Weet Coast Demerara. The Men on Mission (MoM) initiative in Region 3, embarked on the construction of the house after his church members recommended. MoM teamed up with the Guyana Defence Force, the Guyana Police Force, lumber yard, sawmills, and contractors to get the project done. This is the first project and the chairman pointed out that their mission is not just to build houses, but to work with the youth and to tackle other issues, such as drainage.

I think he tried to apply once, didn’t get through and never went back. He couldn’t explain what exactly happened but hopefully he’ll start getting soon

The PPPC GOVERNMENT do make efforts to build homes for those who have their own lands ,more so. But they have intentions to sort the others desperately in need...Monies should be given to these people's for better homes

Assalaam Alaikum! Excellent job of the MOM Program! That's an amazing job and a great organization. So glad that uncle Vernon was abled to get a better home. He is 67 years old and not receiving pension, did you ever asked why? Maybe he needs some help in applying for the pension or perhaps some help in applying for the necessary documents needed in order to apply for the pension. That would be great if you get a chance to enquire about it. You are doing such an awesome job at showcasing these sorts of programs and how beneficial they are to the less fortunate.
