The atv is a 2003 Bombardier Quest 660, and it was 8 tons of gravel (some already tailgates by the dump truck).

I put about 50lbs of barbell weights on the plow blade, it makes a huge difference in gouging and especially back blading for grading, This weight could’ve cut your time in half,

Should have used processed gravel on the dirt to get a good compact base. I’m going to be doing the same thing this weekend with my Polaris sportsman 570 except I have 25 yards coming. My winch is starting to sound like yours too🤣 Good video👍

I broke my winch rope, bought one from Amazon 80.00 broke in no time, bought another for 125.00 broke plowing. Now I went to the Dealer and paid 180.00…so far, so good! Cable was a nightmare jamming, kinks and hard to handle.

@@mcmuskie2563I use a strap on my winch when using the plow. Broke the first season but I just tied it back on and it’s been fine for years. If yours breaks again look into the ATV plow strap. 👍

Did you adjust your skids up when you back dragged?

I raised them up about 1 inch so they didn't dig in

Took only a few minutes, much better then shoveling, didn't hurt it at all, but I wasn't going to hard with the old girl.

Did you use crushed limestone or crushed concrete? I need to buy gravel for my drive and I am not sure which to use.

We used 1/2 inch clear gravel, not crushed concrete

Man, this load is going to burn away your ATVs clutch system ! This is not the kind of load you push with an ATV.

Well I push a lot of heavy snow with mine here in Canada, my Cam -Am 650 doesn’t know it’s in front.
