I really like seeing all of the additional bracing on the piping to stop the flex/wiggle. Thanks for showing us all this! I assume stuff like this is always going to happen after you see the pressure and circulation kick in? Find a problem and fix it. I love it :)

They should install an R/O system to filter the city water before it runs through the boiler. They might also need to treat the water depending on how hard the city water is. Water is really hard on boilers if not treated correctly.

10:28 Pressure needle is pegged on that gauge.

That gauge wouldn't zero out either, it got replaced.
