Hey Stan, thanks for this video. I couldn't watch end to end as I usually do since the first bash. Now I realize I do watched the best part in real time, the Jeopardy. Did you notice Tom pressed the button even before finishing reading the question every time, what a player!!!! What a bunch of great guys you had in there!!!

Wow I only missed being the over winner by a couple. I had 723. Thanks Stan that was fun.

This was one of the few times I've tried to guess a count (usually not interested in the "prizes") and both times I guessed very low - about 50% of the actual count. Now, If I can just remember that and double my guess next time, maybe I'll have a chance. Congrats to the winners.

As someone who has participated in company inventories that include the use of scales for counting, I can say that depending on the size of the part and quantity, the use of counting more than one gives a better statistical number. We used 10, 25, 50, 100, etc as the number to get the scale to calculate the per-each weight for the most accurate count. I had to actually count out 500 small plastic washers once to get a reasonable total count of an opened bag. We always used the printed quantity on the package and scale-counted opened packages.

As long as none of them were made in lying cheating communist china. My cheap company lives buying garbage cheating china hardware from Graingers. Every china flat washer is super thin and still bend when you double them up. Way too many stripped or bad threads on Chinese bolts machine screws, hex nuts & toggle bolts. I like to order quality hardware from great stocked MSC or McMaster Carr. Would order 25 hardware items from them and they always had over 92% in stock !
