You said Cabot Orange correct?

RAL2002 is what I used for both my 86s. Probably more orange than what you used. I went with prismatic powders.

What media and nozzle are you blasting with? I use glass beads #8 and a 7 tip at 90psi

I use #80 Aluminum oxide media with 6mm tips @ 90psi

Thanks for the info! Im Jealous of your shop! Compressor size matters. I need to build an oven. Luckily I have a local shop that does powder coating and they're really good people
