Is there a reason why you coat your parts on the floor and not on a workbench......or higher up? Maybe you don't have one, but I'm sure it would be more comfortable and practical for coating. Also, are you still a professional coater?

I have to say I bought the 250 eastwood and bought the coupling... but man I had to cut the front piece of the gun off with a hacksaw and I had to sand the coupling down to almost nothing before it would slip over the gun.

The new style gun needs a 1-1/2" coupling because the tip is bigger than the old style gun that I use with a 1" coupling. Good job making it work by sanding the coupling. I hope this modification helped you. Thanks for watching!

So it looks like you can go pretty thick with the powder right? is there anything bad that happened if you apply to much?
