powder skiing in Revelstoke BC shot entirely on GoPro helmet cams

Cody Townsend and Chris Rubens meet up in the BC interior to spend a week chasing each other through the powder-filled gulches of Revelstoke. This episode is filmed entirely from the perspective of two helmet cams.

Freaking cutting it up. Count me envious. I've been reading a lot lately about deaths in tree-wells...the deep pit of snow that form directly beneath conifer canopies as the tree sheds its' snow load off to the side but not down to the base of the tree trunk. Question is: under what circumstances and conditions must one be careful to avoid being trapped in a tree-well?

depends on how heavy you are, if you're more on the light side go for the 185's but if you're a bit above average go at least 10cm bigger

@WillMPage front generally looks better and feels better. Having it on the top makes your head feel heavy and top heavy. The front you dont even know its there.
