If a fall color explosion is what you are looking for, you have come to the right place. Somehow after living in Colorado for 20 plus years, I had never had the pleasure of riding Powderhorn Mountain Resort on the scenic Colorado Grand Mesa. This just so happened to be fall color weekend so this was proper timing to get a legit tour from the OG, Noah Sears. Due to recent rain, the upper section of Pinball Alley was closed, so I guess this gives me an excuse to come back and ride the DH track from top to bottom. It was probably for the best as I was riding my new Yeti SB130lr, or as some like to say, a knife in a gunfight. Loving abusing my small bike in the park though! She did great.
Noah works for MRP and has for many years now. Consider supporting a local Grand Junction company that makes top-notch products if you are looking for a chainguide. mrpbike.com/pages/chainguides

Epic gorgeous terrain! I have a request, can you just put a quick SB130 or SB150 before your ride in the beginning? I just always wonder which weapon you chose to slow the dragon on these different tracks! 🤣🤣

@@natehills9388 I didn't think you brought out the big gun on that ride. That 160E looks pretty sweet I just need to learn how to pull teeth and numb people's mouths haha. Whenever I watch your videos I always wonder which bike you chose for the terrain.

Interestingly enough, the terrain has little to do with what I am riding. It is always dictated by what I happen to be traveling with more so than what the "perfect" bike for the trail would be. Run what ya brung theory.

@@natehills9388 You are gosh darn genius! The bikes are so good that it doesn't really matter that much. Maybe if it was an XC bike that might be a little more of a challenge haha
